As a result, a rebranding has been developed that preserves the philosophy of Supernova — independent and progressive media about the future — while offering a new visual reading. To enhance the uniqueness and brand awareness, a custom font was created that reflects the spirit of retro-futurism in a modern way. The new design evokes fresh emotions in the audience, combining nostalgia for the past and a desire for innovation, which helps the media stand out from competitors and keep their ideas relevant.

The study analyzed current trends in media design about technology and the future, as well as examined the visual and semantic codes of retro-futurism. The key elements that help to create a sense of novelty and at the same time keep in touch with the historical ideas of futurism were identified, which allowed to form the basis for updating the visual style.
Task:
To make a rebranding that will preserve the brand's philosophy, but at the same time will be able to get a new reading, as well as evoke a new emotion in the audience.
In an unstable and shaky social order, there is a natural return to old trends. We want to resist the dominant narratives of our time and re-actualize ideas that have been forgotten. Let's bring back retro futurism in its new interpretation.
